Smales Farm is a collection of diverse businesses working within a portfolio of architecturally designed buildings in Auckland’s North Shore. Everything you need is only a short walk from your desk and out the B:HIVE’s front door. Goodside next to the B:HIVE is host to a range of cafés and eateries, while the Q4 and AIA buildings have banking, medical, fitness and childcare services on their ground floors.

Enjoy the convenience of public transport with buses that stop at Smales Farm Bus Station only 3 minutes’ walk from the B:HIVE. Short and long-term parking is available and close-by too.

Smales Farm has a range of short and long term parking options, including a combination of free P5 & P30 options, as well as P180 and all day parking. When parking in a P180 zone simply enter your license plate number into the machine to get your first half hour free.

Pay by plate payments can be made by coins, debit or credit card or by using the ParkMate App. Parking is only enforced Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. — 5.00 p.m. and all other times parking is free.

Soho takes the art of traditional Thai cooking and gives it a modern twist. They pride themselves on preparing food from scratch, and creating dishes full of flavour and freshness.

Goodness Gracious

Goodness Gracious is notorious for its ridiculously tasty bagels, which balance perfect doughiness with a variety of incredible creations that provide satisfaction.

Adding antipodean flare to a New York staple was part of Greg Cornes vision for the Goodness Gracious concept, partnering authentic bagels with perfect espresso based coffee.
