B:HIVE offers private, dedicated office space for teams of 2 - 50+, across two spaces B:HIVE HQ and B:HIVE+.
All offices can be reconfigured to suit the changing needs of your business. With short term licenses and additional membership options, we ensure you’ll only ever pay rent based on the exact requirements of your business. Breakout spaces, meeting pods and other facilities are all included in your licence.

At B:HIVE, enjoy the simplicity of one licence fee to cover all your standard office costs and operating expenses, as well as benefiting from some added extras.
There’s no need to order furniture, connect fibre, contract cleaners or sort an electricity provider. Enjoy all inclusive billing and an on-site team to provide support whenever needed. Tea, coffee, weekly team drinks and yoga classes are just a few of the added benefits of locating your business at B:HIVE.

For quick WIP’s with the team to online client presentations, all members have access to our bookable meeting pods. Just plug in and go. You’ll also receive discount rates on the B:HIVE’s ground floor event spaces.

Reception Services
You'll always find a member of the B:TEAM down at reception ready to welcome your visitors and assist you with any queries you may have.
Leasing
Our Leasing Specialist is available to work with you to identify the best space for your business' needs whether you're new to the building, or looking to expand or contract your office space.
Day-to-day Support
Our Community Manager is your first point of contact for anything you need help with or if you want to discuss any charity or community initiatives you may have.
IT Support
Our IT Manager works closely with B:HIVE tech partner NSP. They can help set up your IT when moving in, troubleshoot pesky issues along the way and assist you when moving spaces.
Operations & Building Assistance
Our Space Manager works alongside our Leasing Specialist to help Members move into different spaces within B:HIVE depending on what your business needs.
Event Management
Our Events Co-ordinator is your host with the most who can help bring events to life, from workshops & conferences to networking drinks or launches.
