The B:HIVE provides you with an A-Grade space and access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology. Everything you need is all in one space, from meeting pods & conference facilities to an exquisite collection of Auckland's finest boutique food and beverage artisans right down stairs.

When you move in, we take care of everything with no unexpected surprises. There's no need to order furniture, connect the fibre or contract a cleaner - our B:TEAM look after everything for you. Tea, coffee, Friday drinks & operating expenses are included with one simple licence fee, we couldn't really make it easier if we tried!

  • OPEX & Utilities

    All your usual ​ongoing operating expenditure including power, water, internet and cleaning.

  • Fit-out & Furniture

    Your office space will be ready to go with furniture from premium brands such as Simon James, Jardan, Own World, Vidak and Aspect. Everything is made to last.

  • Meeting Rooms & Collaboration Zones

    For quick WIP’s with the team to online client presentations, all members have access to our bookable meeting pods. Just plug in and go. You’ll also receive discount rates on the B:HIVE’s ground floor event spaces.

  • On-site Reception & Community Team

    Our onsite B:TEAM is here to take the hassle away from running your office space. We're here to greet your guests and help you with anything you need during the day.

  • Wellness & Community Events

    When you become a B:HIVER you'll be joining a thriving bunch of interesting people, just like you. Whether you’re looking for people to workout with, an onsite gym or just into a bit of free downward dog, we have the perfect excuse to take a break from your desk and enjoy something healthy. The B:TEAM also curate a range of commuity events & activations throughout the year, including our weekly Friday drinks at our very own bar - so there is always something to look forward to.

Reception Services

You'll always find a member of the B:TEAM down at reception ready to welcome your visitors and assist you with any queries you may have.


Our Leasing Specialist is available to work with you to identify the best space for your business' needs whether you're new to the building, or looking to expand or contract your office space.

Day-to-day Support

Our Community Manager is your first point of contact for anything you need help with or if you want to discuss any charity or community initiatives you may have.

IT Support

Our IT Manager works closely with B:HIVE tech partner NSP. They can help set up your IT when moving in, troubleshoot pesky issues along the way and assist you when moving spaces.

Operations & Building Assistance

Our Space Manager works alongside our Leasing Specialist to help Members move into different spaces within the B:HIVE depending on what your business needs.

Event Management

Our Events Co-ordinator is your host with the most who can help bring events to life, from workshops & conferences to networking drinks or launches.
